Concord Academy provides language training programs (Indian and Foreign), communication skill development, and cultural immersion sessions via online, offline, and hybrid modes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any course without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to enroll in our programs. Certain professional or exam-prep courses may have specific prerequisites.

4. Enrollment & Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other authorized gateways.
  • For EMI or installment plans, the learner must adhere to agreed payment schedules.

5. Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Attempt to hack or damage the site
  • Copy or republish content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

8. Attendance & Certification

  • Certification is granted based on satisfactory course completion and attendance.
  • Missed sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality training, Concord Academy shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays due to technical issues or force majeure events
  • Outcomes related to exams, interviews, or visa processes
  • Third-party services or links referenced on our website

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
